Duration & Purpose: Our telephone consultations are 15-minute appointments created to provide calm, compassionate guidance as you consider your pet’s end-of-life care. This is an opportunity to speak with a veterinary professional about your pet’s current condition, express any concerns or questions, and receive clear information about the in-home euthanasia process. Our aim is to support you in making the kindest decision for your companion. Booking & Fees: All telephone consultations must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly. Fee: Free of charge If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Limitations: This consultation does not include a physical examination or diagnostic assessment. It is intended for informational and emotional support only. If your pet is experiencing an emergency or is in acute distress, please contact your regular veterinary practice or the nearest emergency veterinary service. Client Conduct & Communication We recognise that this is a time of emotional stress, and our team is here to support you with empathy and respect. We ask that clients maintain the same level of courtesy. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to terminate a consultation or decline further services if these standards are not met. Our goal is to offer a safe, respectful space rooted in compassion—for you, your pet, and our veterinary team.
